Orders "VOLT studio":
Shipping costs for our orders are calculated during checkout, the average delivery time for our products is 1 to 3 business days.

Orders over €45.00 are shipped free of charge in the Netherlands

Furniture VOLT studio:
Delivery time approximately 5-10 working days and free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium. The carrier contacts the customer in advance to agree on a day for delivery.

Returns
Do you want to return something? That's no problem. Please do so within 14 days. This approval period starts on the next day after the package has been delivered to you.

Sale items cannot be returned.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense. We advise you to keep the shipping receipt.

If you send us an email ( info@voltstudio.nl ) and indicate that you want to return something, we will email you the return information.

Returning furniture is only possible after consultation with our carrier and the costs are €50

When we have received the returned item, you will receive a confirmation email from us and the return will be processed further. If you have indicated that you want the purchase price back (including any shipping costs for outward shipment), we will arrange this within 10 working days from the time of return.
